1. Make sure to clean everything in your house from top to bottom. Don't let any smell be in your house. Make sure to dust on top of the fireplace and any other hard to reach areas. On the day of the showing make sure to not cook anything with any specific smells so that people don't leave. Some buyers do not like walking into a home with any specific smells.


2. When you have your showing make sure to clean out all of the clutter so you maximize as much space as possible. People like to see how big the actual house is and they wont be able too with your stuff all around the house.

3. If the paint is crusty or anything is on the paint, repaint the house so it looks more fresh when it comes inside.

4. When selling your house make sure to keep the decor simple and nothing biased. Just keep it too the point. Get rid of any over the top decor that some buyers may not like.

5. Get rid of any bulky furniture so that the rooms look more spacious. Open up all the windows and shades so that natural air and light can come into the house.

1. Make sure to park the car out of direct sunlight. This makes the water dry to early and leave spots on the car

2. Put everything in order of which you are going to use when washing the car

3. Get a bucket and fill it with water. Mix in the car wash soap as directed on the bottle.

4. Fill another bucket with plain water

5. Make sure all of the windows in the car are closed

6. Before rubbing anything on the car, hose it off for any excess dirt.

7. Pull the windshield wipers away from the windshield.

8. Soak a large sponge in the mixed solution. Then start washing the car section by section, not to get confused in which section you cleaned first.

9. Don’t wash the whole car at once. Clean one section and hose it off so that the soap does not dry on the car.

10. Clean section by section, but make sure to keep the car wet the whole time before drying it by hand. This will prevent water from drying onto the car.

11. Just do this for the whole car and your car should come out very clean.

Method 1- Salt and Vinegar Method

1. Mix a combination of salt and vinegar into a cup

2. Pour it all over the dirty copper

3. Rub in the solution all around the copper and keep rubbing for a minute

4. Rinse of all of the solution

Method 2 Lemon/Lime Method

1. Cut 2 lemons or limes into halves

2. Take one of the halves and rub it all over the copper

3. Rinse off the copper under cold running water

4. Wipe off with a clean dry cloth

How to clean suede at home.
It is very easy to ruin suede rather than clean it. When water touches suede it basically ruins it. You need to take extra precaution when cleaning suede to make sure that you don't ruin it.

1. Take the suede and rub it with a clean bath towel. This bring up all the dirt from underneath the suede.

2. When you see any stains, take a dry eraser and try to rub off all the stains. This will not damage the suede but it will prepare it to be cleaned.

3. Pour some white vinegar onto a towel and damp it on the material. Let it sit and dry. After it drys, the suede will smell of vinegar for a bit but the smell will go away after a few hours.

4. If there is any lumps dirt, or scuff marks on the suede, you can use a finger nail file to get it off. Just make sure to be gentle because it can damage the suede if you rub too hard.

1. When buying the supplies make sure that it is specifically for the type of leather that you have. You wont want to buy something and then have to return it because it wont do anything.

2. Get a rag and damp it. Then apply a little bit of soap to the rag and rub it in.

3. Rub the leather in any spot that you want to be cleaned. Make sure not to over apply the soap on the rag because it will leave dry soap marks on the leather.

4. Take a dry cloth and clean the soap off the leather. Then dampen it into water and take off the soap.

5. Take another rag and dry off the water but don’t push too hard because it may leave slight scratches in the leather.

6. After everything is dry condition the leather to make it look shiny and smooth. The soap removed all of the natural oils so you want to condition it to give the oils back
