Carpet Cleaning and Maintenance

Routine Cleaning:
  • Includes regular day-to-day vacuuming and spot cleaning
  • Involves all processes intended to protect the environment from dirt and thus reduce its impact on the carpet
  • Entry mats and consistent vacuuming can help prevent the carpet from these contaminants
Interim Maintenance Cleaning:
  • Involves cleaning for appearance improvement
  • This type of cleaning, when done regularly, can limit the need for deep cleaning
  • Utilizes systems with purpose of maintaining uniform appearance
  • Frequency of this type of cleaning depends on the carpet’s location, type, usage and exposure
  • Can be used for all exposed areas of the carpet or just specifically on high traffic areas

  • Used to return the carpet to a much cleaner condition
  • Extracts accumulated dirt at a higher intensity to maximize the removal of embedded dirt
  • Frequency of this type of cleaning also depends on location, usage, and traffic as well as the effectiveness of the maintenance
  • As stated above, the frequency of this type of cleaning can be limited or cut drastically if the carpet is cleaned regularly
  • Deep cleaning should be performed before the carpet is visibly dirty to maximize results
